DataMade worked with the Institute for Housing Studies at DePaul University to present their research and trend data on the socioeconomic factors affecting demand for housing, affordable rental housing and displacement pressure and homeownership and investment in Chicago Neighborhoods.
These charts and tables were used to inform discussions with the City of Chicago on their upcoming 5 year housing plan (2019-2023).
